What you will receive
✨ Access all your training needs anywhere, anytime with The Fit & Fuelled Collective Training App
✨ Progressive 3, 4, or 5 day / week training program, which is accessed through our app & updated every 6 weeks - to ensure progressive overload & to optimise your progress in the gym
✨ Cardio / step target recommendations to help you reach your goal
✨ On-demand video demonstrations of each exercise will help you to feel confident and competent with your lifting technique. You can track your reps, sets, and the weight you lift each week, so you can challenge yourself to work harder in each session
✨ Integration of apps including MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings - to track your health data

All subscriptions are ongoing, & will renew at the end of the selected time frame unless you choose to ‘opt-out’.

Shape + Define is designed for women who are ready to take control of their fitness journey - whether you’re a beginner or experienced in the gym. If you're looking for structured, progressive workouts, and want to feel strong, confident, and empowered - this program is for you! It’s perfect for women who value flexibility, want expert guidance, and appreciate the accountability of a plan designed to evolve with them.

Shape + Define may not be the right fit if you’re looking for home-only workouts (this program is gym-based), prefer one-on-one personal training, or are not yet cleared for resistance training due to medical or injury-related reasons. It’s also not ideal if you're unwilling to engage in some level of self-tracking - as the app’s progress tracking tools are key to your success!

Yes, the workouts are designed for a commercial or well-equipped home gym setting. You’ll need access to standard gym equipment like dumbbells, barbells, cables, and machines to complete the sessions effectively and get the most from your training.

Absolutely! The program includes on-demand video demonstrations for every exercise, helping you feel confident and safe as you learn. You’ll also receive clear instructions and tracking tools to monitor your progress. Many women start with little to no experience and build strength and skill quickly with consistent effort and the support of the app.

We understand that life happens. We do have a 6 week minimum commitment period, but after you are welcome to come & go as you please. Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for packages that have been purchased.
